The Knowledge Network on Climate Assemblies (KNOCA) aims to improve the commissioning, design, implementation and impact of climate assemblies, using evidence, knowledge exchange and dialogue. We are an active community of policy makers, practitioners, activists, researchers and other actors with experience and interest in climate assemblies who co-create activities and knowledge.
Open call for KNOCA Innovation Market Event in May 2025
Do you have an innovative idea about climate assemblies to share? Or have you come across a novel practice that you think the rest of the network should know about? We’re organizing another of our popular “KNOCA Innovation Markets” on Wednesday 28 May at 3pmCET to learn about ideas and practices that could shape the way we do climate assemblies in the future. This could range from how we support learning, deliberation and recommendation writing within assemblies, through to how assemblies are integrated into democratic systems.
It could be ideas you have tried out already, or things you would like to see happen.
If you or your organization would like to share an idea with the rest of the KNOCA community, please drop us an email to info@knoca.eu with the subject text “Innovation Market” no later than 22 April. We’ll let you know within a few days if your proposal is included.
We look forward to receiving lots of interesting suggestions. It’s always a fun event!
